How It Works

This calculator uses the average 90-minute sleep cycle to determine your ideal bedtime or wake-up time.
In “Wake-Up” mode, it subtracts the total sleep duration (cycles × 90 minutes + time to fall asleep) from your desired wake-up time.
In “Bedtime” mode, it adds that duration to your chosen bedtime.
The “Power Nap” mode provides options for short naps as well as a full-cycle nap suggestion.
